Tiesticle by NateCap

NateCap is a new Drum n' Bass/trash artist on the scene. He is so new that Last.fm don't have a bio on him at the moment. Even if that was the case, he released his EP this week called Tiesticle. An interesting name for an EP I might add. He some balls naming it that I might say.
His music is a variety of heavy breakdowns and high pitch tunes. It sort of reminds my of Satisfaction by Benni Bennassi. On his EP he remixed Shiny Toy Guns "Stripped", Lights "Toes" and Lana Del Rey's "Kinda Outta Luck". My favourite among the remixes were "Toes". From the tracks that he produced I liked  Widdly Scuds and Ringback, cool punk tracks to me.
In short I can say that Tiesticle is okay.

1. Shiny Toy Guns – Stripped (NateCap Remix)
2. Lights – Toes (NateCap’s Got The Hots For Lights Remix)
3. Kinda Outta Luck (NateCap Remix)

Kill Kill Kill (EP) by Kill the Noise

Well this the first time I have actually heard of Kill the Noise aka Jake Stanczak, an Electro House artist. To me Kill the Noise is more dubstep than Electro House. If I am wrong then Electro House is sounding more and more like dubstep these days. "Kill Kill Kill" is an intersecting name for an EP I have to say, but since it is from Kill the Noise it should not be a surprise.
The music on "Kill Kill Kill" is really strange but interesting and loud, and it has really good tracks on them. The breakdowns and the bass tunes combinations are really cool and nice to listen to especially when it is loud. It is a bit similar to Skrillex but with a less wobbling sound in the background.
One the EP he had the likes of Ultraviolet and Emily Hudson on the track Dying. The likes of Brown & Gammon, Alvin Risk,  KOAN and Dillon Francis provided remixes for some of his track. Some of the remixes were in fact pretty good, others average. My favorite remix was "Dying feat. Ultra Violet Sound & Emily Hudson (Brown & Gammon Remix)" a pretty good one. The track I liked the most was "Real Life (Original Mix)" really good.
I have to say that "Kill Kill Kill" is a good (EP). I hope they make a studio album soon.

1. Kill The Noise (Part I)
2. Deal With It
3. Real Life?
4. She Likes To Party

8. Dying feat. Ultra Violet Sound & Emily Hudson (Brown & Gammon Remix)

Fire & Ice by Kaskade

Yesterday was the release of Kaskade's seventh studio album "Fire & Ice". The album is a double CD, with Disc 1 named "Fire" and Disc 2 named "Ice". Since hearing this news I was really looking forward to this, because Kaskade has always produced good tracks. I was also happy to hear that vocalists like Haley and Mindy Gledhills were back to perform vocals on the album again. There are also big names on this album like dubstep giant Skrillex, Dan Black and singer Skylar Grey. Other artist featured on this album are Late Night Alumni, Neon Trees, Quadron, Rebecca & Fiona, Dada Life and Marcus Bentley.
When listening to Fire side I was really impressed and "pumped up", or fired up is more suitable. The track had very good scintillating tracks like ICE and Lick It. "Like It" caught my attention the most because of the dubstep tunes and the collaboration that Kaskade did with Skrillex. It is a tune worth listening to.
The Ice Disc were mixes of the first but with a more downtempo, and deep house theme. The Ice part was really enjoyable. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable to listen to. I loved it!
In all Kaskade's double album was really good.

The Vision by Joker

Well this is the first time I actually listened to Joker. I can say his style is very interesting as he brings a soulful, chiptune tunes in his new album "The Vision" which boasts of both vocal and instrumental tracks. There is also a bit of rap and grime in the album that really impressed, because I thought it would be purely instrumental. It seems that there were a lot surprises for me when I started to listen to the album. I really enjoyed the chiptunes in this album as it reminds me of the old Nintendo games I used to play back in the 90s and I always love it when it is incorporated in dubstep.
My favorite tracks from album were Milky Way which had that space theme floating around really cool. My Trance Girl, Lost and The Vision. This is a good dubstep album. One in which you will enjoy listening to a couple of times
